This guide shows you how to use PenX's online editor to create and publish posts.
Create post
You can click the "Write" button to create a post. PenX supports four types of posts: Article, Note, Image, and Podcast.
PenX editor
PenX features a modern rich-text editor that supports two popular editing modes: Slash panel and Markdown.
- Slash panel: Typing
/will bring up a Notion-like slash panel.
- Markdown: PenX supports most Markdown syntax.
Features

- Cover: The cover image for this post.
- Description: A summary of this post.
- Tags: Each post can have multiple tags assigned.
- Authors: Each post can have multiple authors assigned.
Publish
Here are some features of publishing:
- Collectible (NFT): Option to turn this post into an NFT, allowing users to collect it.
- Paid post: Set this post to be accessible only to paid users.
- Send newsletters: Control whether to send newsletters when publishing.
